Solan Associates, P.C.

Solan Associates, P.C. was founded in January 2001 by Jeffrey D. Solan, a licensed engineer and land surveyor in the State of South Carolina with more than 20 years of experience.  This company was founded to provide site engineering and surveying services to the local community.  We see our niche in this business as providing services for small to mid-sized projects to clients who appreciate our detail-oriented, hands-on approach.

We specialize in commercial and residential land development projects.  All drawings are prepared with CAD software and provided in digital format to the client and/or their consultants.  Stormwater analysis is performed with state of the art modeling software meeting the requirements of local municipalities and SCDHEC.  Water and wastewater system design is performed based upon our knowledge of the requirements of local municipalities, authorities and SCDHEC.  All design work is undertaken with an emphasis on providing the most cost-efficient solutions to our clients.
